Customers should contact support before sending an item back so the applicable instructions and designated return destination can be provided.
Return eligibility can depend on product condition, prior installation, included components, and the reason for return, except where mandatory legal remedies apply.
The registered company address is not necessarily a returns warehouse and should not be used as a return destination without confirmation.
